If there was a fire in my house the items i would have to take would be:

all my note books and stories/poems/journals i have wrote

I put those first because, i would literally die if i lost all my stories i’ve been working on for like my life! They mean so much to me its not even funny to joke about losing them, I would rather die then have my stories/poems/journals burn.

my books

Reading is my passion and i kinda collect books. If i lost the ones i have like Twilight, Cirque du Freak, just listen, Crank or even all my manga I’d be forever in a bad mood.

all my notes

Well I’ve been keeping every note that I’ve written or received for like three years and its just kinda fun to look back on those memories, that’s why i would get those.

this book i made….

Okay this is really lame but me and one of my old friends made this book..for Inuyasha and we stayed up to like 6:00am making this thing, and it was just a really fun night and i liked that memory…And the book was really hard to make.

my purse (which holds my life and death note)

My purse has my camera, my chap stick, my wallet…its mostly because of money reasons..but it also has my Death Note in it and i would cry if i lost that thing it took me so long to get!

That’s about it..and I’m lucky since my bed is right next to my window and I’m on the 1st floor ^_^

It’d be really easy to get all this stuff to because almost all of it is in the same spot, my bottom right cabinet.

Here are three ways i think you can photograph an object to show emotion:

One; You can alter the object. Meaning photograph it one way, for example lets use a flower, photograph the flower full and bloom then you can take a picture of the exact opposite, like maybe have it wilting.
Two; you could change the back round and lighting in you photo to show different emotions (play on the weather changes we have been having)
Three; you could play around with sizing. Turn a usually small object into something really big and sinister.

Waking Life

In the movie there is one scene where the boy is getting off of the bus and waking through a hall and the back-round is shifting and moving, creating an effect that kinda make you feel like your walking along with the animation. Te animators seemed like they wanted to create that sense of moving along with the character.

In m opinion using the animated people over the real people was a very nice effect. When using the animated characters over the real people you can highlight or dim certain things or take away from them easier, you can make the animated characters think and feel and react how you want but with a real person you can only ask (and get) so much.

My over all thought on this video was that, above all it was well thought about. In saying that it was analyzed to death! They really didn’t leave any movie uncharted haha. It was well thought out and very valid points, some of it was a little over exerted but relevant.

They bring up some pretty interesting points, such as the stereotypes and the racism indications. I agree with that so far, but what i don’t really quiet understand is that (and i could be wrong) when i was little and watching these movies i really didn’t care how the princess or female was slightly over dramatized and how the prince or male character was very macho. All I was paying attention to were the songs and basically the story. And in all honesty Disney tends to use words that children of the ages 8 and under won’t even understand. The one thing that just made me mad about this video is their lack to focus on the male characters, they went straight for the woman and isn’t that in itself a stereotype?

Theres a very big variables in this whole thing, and that is the age of the child, how much the child breaths into these movies and how much they are exposed to it. Some children don’t care about the movie and just watch it cause its there. Its definitely a factor in the age as well. A child who is 8 compared to a child that is 5 will have totally different understandings then each other. And if you raise your child off of these movies that you supposedly think are horrible then it kind common sense that your child (mind you usually around the age of 7) are going to try and be like the only thing they are exposed to, Who else are they going to look up to other then a blinking screen if thats all they are exposed to.

So I think they have made some very good points, it definitely makes you think, but overall it was just…um i wanna say ridiculous, but thats not the right word for this oh well but anyway…The media has some baring on the minds of children but then again if your a parent and you think its a bad influence or what have you don’t make your kid watch it? Yeah they will still be exposed but not as much as they would be if they saw it. Another thing i just don’t understand is, if your child watches Disney (or what have you) and they are getting the wrong views on woman, men the world in general, isn’t that your job as a parent to steer them in the right direction? If you really care what Disney is teaching, then stop letting the T.V teach your kids and do it yourself! And that was my rant for the day ^__^!
